Our services – your dental practice at Gärtnerplatz
At Zahnärzte am Gärtnerplatz 1, all of your dental care comes under one roof – from preventive care and orthodontics to crowns, bridges and dentures. We have deliberately kept our practice small: you are always looked after by the same dentist, and when you ring us, you speak directly to one of the two of us. We both worked as dentists in England for more than ten years, so everything can be explained and carried out entirely in English.

Prevention and teeth cleaning
Regular check-ups and professional teeth cleaning (a thorough hygiene appointment) lay the foundation for healthy teeth. They allow us to spot tooth decay and gum disease early – or to prevent them altogether. You can read more under Healthy teeth and Teeth cleaning.
Restorative dentistry
When a tooth is damaged, we keep as much of the natural tooth as we can. We do this with high-quality fillings, with ceramic inlays – often made in a single visit with CEREC – and with root canal treatment under the microscope, which can save an inflamed tooth.
Treatment for gum disease
Healthy gums are what keep your teeth firmly in place. We treat gum disease (periodontitis) thoroughly and continue to support you with regular aftercare. You can read more under Periodontitis.
Orthodontics and aligners
Straighter teeth are possible at any age. We treat adults and children with almost invisible clear aligners, fixed braces and removable braces – so your dentistry and orthodontics are all in one place. You can read more under Orthodontics, Aligners and Orthodontics for children.
Cosmetic dentistry
For a smile that looks naturally lovely, we offer home bleaching with custom-made trays, veneers and tooth-coloured all-ceramic restorations. You can read more under Beautiful teeth.
Crowns, bridges, dentures and implants
Your crowns, bridges and dentures are made in our own in-house laboratory – thanks to CAD/CAM technology, even within a single day if you wish. We also offer implants as a firm foundation for new teeth. You can read more under Dental prosthetics and Dental implants.
Jaw joint problems and teeth grinding
If your jaw clicks or aches, or you grind your teeth at night, we will look into the causes and treat them with a bite splint fitted especially for you. You can read more under Jaw joint problems.
Anxious patients
If visiting the dentist makes you nervous, you are in good hands with us. We take plenty of time, explain everything clearly, and you will always see the same dentist. You can read more under Anxious patients.
